There seemed to be some confusion between what Chad told me was going to happen and what actually happened.

Original contact was great.

Nothing bad to say.

Chad was very informative and has lots of knowledge. I felt his knowledge is genuine and helped made my decision very easy.

He did a very good job, but when i told him what i was told he just said "I was only told to fill 3 cracks, thats it."

For the most part the cleanup was satisfactory except for on my carpeted stairs. Plastic with cement powder was left.
