Our systems are designed to stand the test of time -- and many carry a long-term, transferable warranty. This page will tell you how to transfer your warranty and obtain important information about your system.
The system we installed in your home is an integral part of the structure. Without it, several problems would arise. This is why it's important to know how your system works as well as which periodic maintenance is needed.

For further or technical information, Schedule a New Homeowner Walkthrough. One of our experienced technicians will visit your home, show you where the system has been installed, explain what you need to know about the function it performs in your home. Your technician will also answer any other questions you have. This is also a good opportunity to have any other areas of concern checked by a professional!
Sump pumps require annual maintenance to ensure that they are always ready to protect your home during the next flood season. Sump pumps work hard, especially when they're situated in dirty locations. They need to be checked to make sure they are free of sediment, that all the parts and connections are in perfect working order, and that there has been no damage during the last year of use. This is required to validate the warranty. Sump pump services also include an inspection of the entire system installed in your home, to ensure everything is functioning as designed.
Our technician will also provide a Homeowner Walkthrough at the same time and take a look at any other areas of concern.
What happens if your system isn't working as expected? Give us a call or send us an e-mail and we'll schedule one of our technicians to come out and check the system.
We'll make any repairs possible at that time and schedule further visits for anything we can't fix on-the-spot. There is no charge for the inspection and repair if the repair is covered by warranty.
If the repair is not one covered by warranty or the warranty is out of date, the standard service fee will apply as well as charges for any parts or extra labour. (Any cost beyond the service charge will be discussed with you before the work is done.)
