Lets start with Vanessa Biggs who so happens to also be my little sister!

First off, everyone calls her Ness or Nessa so lets get familiar and everyone call her Nessa!

I called Nessa into my office to answer a couple of questions!

The first question I asked her was:

What department do you work in? "The Service Department" She is our Service Coordinator. She books service appointments, deals with emergencies, controls the Service Departments schedule and much more!

How many homes do you interact with on average every day?

She had to think about it as there can be way more in one day but she replied: "On average, 25 per day!"

What is your favorite product or service that we offer to help homeowners?

She answered right away: "Our Battery Back up System, known as our Ultrasump!" Why is that? "Well then the customers home is protected whether there is a power outage or they go on vacation! They do not have to worry if the sump pump will kick on or not. I love that the homeowners can feel safe with having the Back up system installed."

What is one of the weirdest/intersting homes you have had to help with?

"A homeowner called in once and said that she had mice in the wall" She did not go into much detail after that...

Give me an example of a homeowner interaction that gave you the greatest amount of joy or pride after?

"A customer called in very stressed just the other day and said that there was water coming out of the top of the sump basin and was very worried and I was able to get someone out there right away, the homeowner was very happy about this. I love making a stressful situation better by having a solution! I have also had customers call in very upset and when I am able to turn their mood around by having a solution they are always happy, which in turn makes me happy!"

As of February 2019 Nessa has been a part of our team for 3 years. She has the knowledge and experience to take on difficult tasks and is always smiling and ready to help! She likes to stay active and is always working on self improvement outside of work.
