What made you choose our company:

We were looking for a solution that would seal a crack in the foundation, that may have been present for a long time until we noticed a minor amount of water in proximity to the crack. The competition, would only repair from the outside, which means excavation. This is just not really feasible. It would be very invasive. Also the competition charges for doing an inspection and quote ($210.00). They credit this against the costs if you go with them. Had read many good comments regarding Basement Systems. We do need a written guarantee document for our records that is transferable when we sell our house. This apparently should be sent out 1-2 weeks after the repair. Feiross did a nice job to cut the 2x4s used for insulation framing such that I was able to reuse them and nail them in place just like they were before the work started. Feiross also took the time to explain his work. Only real concern was the work was a day later than planned due to car accident Feiross had. Fortunately no one was hurt and just one day delay. So thankful to get the work done. Thanks.
