Marc Lorieau came to do our annual service and discovered we needed a new pump. He was clear and concise with no heavy sales pitch. He gave us the facts and was very professional and courteous, he gave us privacy to make our decision. We replaced the pump and are considering a finance plan for the rest of the work he recommended. We were very impressed with Marc's professionalism combined with his friendly approach in our home.
