What made you choose our company:

When our house was built (2002) a sump pump was not required. After having a small amount of water in our basement - due to water pressure the water was being forced up and out about 2 inches where was a small crack in the concrete floor. We found Basement Systems at a trade show. We contacted them and resulted their best sump pump system installed. On the test 2 1/2 5 gallon pails was pumped out in seconds. One year later Feiross Muhieddine (their service technician) spent one hour on an annual service - we thought this would only be put some water into the tank and pump it out. Today's service checked out every single piece cleaned as well as pumping out the water. Feiross indicated there had been some water pumped out that we were not aware of.
