I'm hoping to get a package about my system,warranty, check - ups and explanation about how the system works . Paul quickly explained the system (too much for me to grasp in a few minutes) and said that I would receive a package of information in the mail this week. I received a copy of the invoice (the correct one this time) - but no additional information. I would appreciate this information

I was very pleased to get an appointment promptly.

Trouble with the Accounting department. The invoice they sent out with the installation crew did not match the original - in fact was $600 more than what Ernie had quoted me. I can't understand why the original agreement invoice is not used. This process was very confusing. When accounting called me back, it took a long time to sort it out.
