Ben also worked with Fieross. Both were congenial and professional. Fieross was very knowledgable and took time to explain things clearly to me. I felt confident about the recommendation to install a secondary pump along with the servicing of the existing pump.
What made you choose our company:
I had perused the web site for Doug Lacey's Basement Systems in 2017 and there was a lot of good information on the site and the fact the company services a large radius around Calgary. A sump system was installed in 2017. I appreciate that the company provides yearly service to inspect and service the pumps and batteries as required. I actually never bothered to look at the competition.
