Very professional and courteous. Everything was explained well by the sales department and office staff were helpful, friendly and customer-service oriented. The installation crew (Paul) was polite, professional and did a fantastic job. The site was well cleaned (he even took out trash that had been swept into a small pile in the corner of the room). He reviewed the features and maintenance of the unit and ensured I was well informed and satisfied with the work performed.
