Basement Systems came recommended to us about 18 years ago when we had problems in our lower level during the snow melt and spring rains. It was my sister who was aware of the water problems we were having and had seen a show on TV that was promoting Basement Systems services and suggested we contact them. We are very happy that we had the work done by them. A couple of years later when our basement level also started having leakage problems we had a second sump pump installed. We haven't had water problems in in all these years.

Shawn Jones the Service Technician recently completed our annual inspection of our sump pumps. He gave us some helpful hints on things to do in between the annual inspections, and also brought to our attention that there were some improvements they could make on our discharge system for our sump pumps. He elevated this issue to Zack Munir the Service Team Manager. Zack came out to inspect the discharge pipes and was able to right away tell us what needed to be done and why. In our particular case, the work was done at no extra cost to us, and the repairs were done to our satisfaction. They have looked after us very well over the years.
