I had looked into your WaterGuard and sump pump at a Home and Garden Show so when our basement flooded in about 2002 I knew what I wanted and phoned before business hours while the rain was still pouring down and was able to schedule an appointment and get the system installed relatively quickly. It was a big job but we've never had any water issues since.
I've had BSC service the sump pump annually since you installed it as I want it done right
Phones to remind me my next service is due so I schedule it then. Later when she phones to remind me of my appt. she also tells me the cost.
A back-up battery system had been recommended in the past but this year when Marc talked about the water level in the sump hole and a back-up battery's advantages I decided to go for it.
Marc had the materials in the truck so was able to install the batteries during his service call.
