I really appreciated the positive and helpful attitude of all of the staff that I dealt with from start to finish, even when they were having difficulties jackhammering through the concrete the workers were cheery and assured me they had never encountered a basement they couldn't fix. Generally a good attitude in the staff which I think is a reflection of a good company.
