You came back to my place and checked out the job when I thought there were issues. You took the time to explain it to me and show me it. This is a big investment for homeowners. There is a bit of fear of the unknown for us,and the fact that even tho you deal with this product every day - we do not and you were there to explain and help us understand it.

What made you choose our company:

I liked that I could deal with the "problem" area right now, and in the event that a new area became troublesome...that I could expand the area the product covers at that time.....not have to spend money on areas that are not and might never be an issue.
