We had a large crack in our basement's foundation that lead to a leak in our basement. Our basement was a mess and Gord was very willing to come to our home and look at the damages. He made a house call at our convenience and brought very informative information with him. Gord took the time to explain our options for repair. He was very thorough and used a PowerPoint presentation to explain how water seepage occurs and what a crack in a foundation look like as well as what our choices to repair our problem were. He came back to our home on a weekend to ensure things looked good for the employee from Basement Systems Calgary to complete his task. We were extremely satisfied with Gord's genuine concern and help. He is very personable and great to work with.

Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Doug Lacey's Basement Systems, and the work they did for me! I appreciated that when the Foreman came for a walkthrough of my home, he shook my hand and introduced himself, and he took his shoes off. The respect was really appreciated! I am ecstatic with they was I was treated! 

I met with Eric and I had concerns that my foundation was sinking because I noticed a crack on my floor. I knew nothing about construction, but Eric walked me through everything. At the end of his inspection it was found that nothing was wrong, but he gave me piece of mind and taught me a lot so I know for the future. I really appreciated Eric's visit, and I will for sure call this company if any issues arise in the future.

Communication was great, and everything was explained thoroughly to me before and after our service was done. When I mentioned I had allergies, the technician recommended me the aspen without pushing the sale too hard which I appreciated a lot. The technician was on time, presentable and left my home in great condition.

To Whom It May Concern,  Basement Systems Calgary completed a large remediation project for us in the fall of 2018 that comprised of the installation of 69 push piers around our entire house and attached garage. The project was completed within a reasonable timeframe considering adverse weather conditions were encountered during a portion of the job.  Cyle and the installation crew were very polite and courteous throughout the job and worked very hard to complete the work on time and within a reasonable budget.
