I had used your company to waterproof my basement over 10 years ago in my old house. Recently I moved to a new home where I encountered more issues. My first call was Doug Lacey's Basement Systems because of the experience I had with them all that time ago. They had left such a good impression on me that I knew it would be the correct decision.     

    Professional, Punctual, Quality, & Responsive   I met Cory at the Calgary Home Show and I almost passed their booth. Cory asked if I am interested in a free on-site radon test. After hearing his presentation I felt they are very professional and honest, especially when I mentioned I used airthings to test Radon and expected him to say that's not as good, while he actually said airthings is great. At least I know that they are not the ones who earn business by saying bad things to competitors. The day Cory came to my house to test radon, he even helped look around the basement and outside the building. And he gave me a lot of helpful tips about basement maintenance. The communication with this company was very smooth. They proactively reach out to setup appointment and give reminders when the day is closed. The installation was professionally done. Paul (I believe that's the working guy's name) was very transparent and patient explaining what he was doing, and he kept everything tidy and clean, and the sealing was done perfectly. Overall its a great great experience with this team. 5 star recommendation for radon mitigation system installation.

The Radon evacuation system was a tricky installation, and Basement Systems were not only up to the task, but they also exceeded expectations and did a fantastic job! Big thanks to Paul Way for an excellent installation!

Cory came to my house, thoroughly evaluated the situation, explained the options to me, and patiently answered all of my questions. He is amazing. There was a crack in my basement wall that needed to be repaired. Paul (I think) did a good and clean Job. The repair was scheduled and completed exactly as was described to me. Great team! Had my 17 year old Zoeller sump pump and water level alarm replaced by Feiross. It was done right with no issues. You sell great products and have well trained technicians. Feiross explained what was wrong with my pump and the benefits on the new products. The service call was efficient and informative. I understood exactly what he was diagnosing and what that meant.
