The foundation crack was repaired by our Service Team utilizing a Polyurethane Resin injection, followed by reinforcing the crack with CarbonArmor®, a series of strips across the crack significantly improving the overall stability of the wall. This customer called us because after a torrential downpour their basement had 3 inches of water in it. Our team decided to install CleanSpace® along the exterior walls of the basement to avoid moisture and mold. We also installed a SuperSump® (not pictured) which includes a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement.

This customer contacted us because she had been noticing some water in the basement of her Dunmore, AB home. She wanted it fixed as soon as possible so she could develop her basement stress free. To solve her problem, we installed a WaterGuard®below-floor drain around the perimeter of the basement. This drain rests in a bed of drainage stone on top of the foundation footing which makes it clog resistant. It will collect water from around the basement and direct it to the SuperSump® that was previously installed. The last thing installed was a CleanSpace®vapor barrier. This is a 100% waterproof vapor barrier that will prevent humidity from entering the basement walls.
