This homeowner in Lethbridge, Alberta encountered issues with basement flooding as a result of the exterior window wells routinely pooling with water and seepage where the wall and floor meet inside the home. Our Production Team was able to then come to the home to install a WellDuct® Window Well Drain designed to prevent basement flooding due to window well leakage. The low profile WellDuct® system channels excess water from the exterior window wells down into the WaterGuard® Below-Floor Drain System.  Designed with a built-in wall flange which extends up your basement wall by 3/8", any water leaking from the walls will move downward and behind this flange where it is then directed to the SuperSump® sump pump system. A full-featured system of the SuperSump® includes the best components available including a top-rated 1/3HP Zoeller® pump. This pump is designed for reliability & high-volume pumping. From there the system will discharge any water entering the sump pump to the exterior of the home passing through our patented IceGuard® system. The IceGuard® is an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside of your home and ejects water away from the foundation in the event that the sump pump discharge lines freeze or become clogged.
