Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement desperately needs waterproofing to stop mold growth

This homeowner has concerns about their basement. It has been leaking at the floor and wall joint causing problems for years. They also had noticed mold and got it removed, but were worried about it coming back, so they contacted us. Our system design specialist went to this home, and recommended our full waterproofing system for best results. The customers agreed and since it has been installed, they have not had any problems.

WellDuct® installed

This product will collect water coming through the window or surrounding areas and direct it to a below-floor drainage system, the drainage system will then direct the water towards the sump pump!

CleanSpace® & WaterGuard® installed

The WaterGuard® is the below-floor perimeter drain system that will collect water all around the basement and direct it to the sump pump. Once that is installed, the CleanSpace® vapor barrier was installed. This will ensure the basement stays dry and moisture free.

SuperSump® Installation

The SuperSump® is the heart of the waterproofing system. It collects all the water and pumps it outside somewhere safer.

The Sump Pump discharge line

This discharge line has an added on feature called the IceGuard® to ensure that even if the discharge line freezes or gets blocked, the sump pump will still work.
