Basement Waterproofing in Airdrie

We have a cabin (combination of old and new construction) between Sundre and Caroline. The cabin has a crawl space (gravel/earth floor) and sump. We have an Airthings monitor that suggests high radon levels on a long term basis. The cabin is only used occasionally, and is sealed tight (but is heated) when not used. Radon levels seem to be high when sealed tight, but generally drift downward if windows are left upon and fresh air circulates in.
