My interest in insulation relates to the ceiling in my basement. My basement is finished with a dry walled ceiling so I am exploring if it is possible to provide sound insulation there. My reason is the floor is so very noisy allowing noise to transfer down to the basement and up from the basement.
Nathasha provided "raving fan" service. My call cam to her desk at end of day at 4:26pm. I was served by a willing, kind and cheerful person who insisted I have my appointment booked instead of me calling back the next day. I hung up the phone that day thinking, "Now that was service and that is an amazing employee! She has a future!"
George provided excellent service with a smile. He took the time to explain what he was doing and to teach me about my sump pump system.
