I have been working at DLBS since 2020 however, I was their COR auditor in 2019. I enjoy working at this company because of their values, missions and vision. Which is Respect, Integrity, Passion and Teamwork. I am in charge of maintaining the health and safety management system, WCB claims and disability management, conduct safety meetings, site inspections, managing PPE and conducting internal COR audits and external reciprocal audits for the Alberta Construction Safety Association.  

My most memorable experience working here was maintaining the industry rate for lower WCB rates for our company which takes over 4 years to complete.

In my spare time I am studying for the Canadian Board of Registered Safety Professionals Designate in a technical role. I also enjoy spending time with my Cowboy Corgi Skye blue and Sammi my Pekingese Papillion. I also love gardening. I have 2 horses, Apache and Tonka which are my equine besties!
