Zack M helped turn a negative experience into a more positive one. Our frustration with the timeliness of communication once it was discovered that the initial repair option was not suitable resulted in our request for a refund. Zack phoned to discuss our concerns and came up with a solution.

Needed to call the company several times. Call representatives always pleasant and directed calls immediately to appropriate person using phone number as reference to file.

Salesman was prompt and professional. Called to confirm appointment. Didn't realize until then that he scheduled 2 1/2 hours to look at a crack repair job. Although presentation was thorough, I felt that it was somewhat excessive. The repair recommendation that was agreed upon (polyurethane injection) was, oddly enough, not even represented in the detailed booklet that was sent to us to review prior to the appointment.

Wesley, under the watchful eye of Zack, repaired our crack experimenting with a technique that he had never personally done before using low intensity drilling and hand pumping the foam. He was professional and friendly and, along with Zack, answered various questions that I had.

Although Wesley did not have a vacuum cleaner, he managed to keep the floor area clean with layers of cloths and using a cleaning solution upon completion.
