Very satisfied with your service. I really enjoyed talking with Kate & two of the other gals(sorry don't remember names)I talked to were polite & friendly.

Marc is very personable, he explains everything he is doing and answers all your questions. It is easily seen that he enjoys his job & people. I enjoyed having him in my house & am pleased that he will be my Service Tech.
