I am now very pleased that Basement Systems is doing annual maintenance on the sump pump and making sure that all is working well. I was quite frustrated that from 2011 to now, there was no follow up on the work that had been done. However, now that I know I will be contacted yearly for review and maintenance of the system, I feel like the burden of finding someone to deal with the basement no longer exists. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Basement Systems.

Wes C. was our technician that came to do the yearly maintenance on the sump pump. He was excellent in explaining what needed to be done and performing all checks on the system. He answered all questions thoroughly and expertly. Wes gave us tips on what to do before winter, and also reassured us that if we have a problem, he and Basement Systems are just a quick call away.

Vanessa contacted us by phone, email and letter. She was very pleasant and very efficient.
