    Professional, Punctual, Quality, & Responsive   I met Cory at the Calgary Home Show and I almost passed their booth. Cory asked if I am interested in a free on-site radon test. After hearing his presentation I felt they are very professional and honest, especially when I mentioned I used airthings to test Radon and expected him to say that's not as good, while he actually said airthings is great. At least I know that they are not the ones who earn business by saying bad things to competitors. The day Cory came to my house to test radon, he even helped look around the basement and outside the building. And he gave me a lot of helpful tips about basement maintenance. The communication with this company was very smooth. They proactively reach out to setup appointment and give reminders when the day is closed. The installation was professionally done. Paul (I believe that's the working guy's name) was very transparent and patient explaining what he was doing, and he kept everything tidy and clean, and the sealing was done perfectly. Overall its a great great experience with this team. 5 star recommendation for radon mitigation system installation.

I am very happy with the repairs I got done through DLBS. Paul was very professional and thoroughly explained the repair so I understood everything. Paul was also very polite which I appreciate! 

The installation and sump pump had not been serviced since it was installed a number of years ago. The service technician did a good job reviewing everything with me, replaced the pump quickly and cleaned up after the work.
