Broken Sump Pump serviced

This sump pump was installed back in 2011 and for the most part, has had an annual service appointment every year since then. However, these homeowners stopped scheduling these appointments for 2 years, and their sump pump stopped working. They contacted us and scheduled an annual service appointment so we could fix their sump pump. 

Our Service Technician determined that due to all the silt and sediment at the bottom of the basin, the pump had clogged and was unable to function. After cleaning the pump and testing all of the components, these homeowners are now back to having a functioning sump pump!
