This customer wanted to get a sump pump installed in her basement due to the fact that she had noticed groundwater where she previously had a sunken hot tub. She removed the hot tub because it had stopped working, and since it has been out, she has noticed a lot of water entering when it rained. Our solution was to installed the SuperSump® sump pump into the already made hole, and then fill the hole in around the Sump Pump.
