A home in Northwest Calgary, AB had a sump pump installed by Doug Lacey's Basement Systems and it was time for their highly recommended annual service. When the service technician came out they changed out the check valve and nine-volt battery, vacuumed out all of the sediment and silt that was built up within the basin then they flood tested the entire system to ensure it was all working properly.

We buried this Sump Pump under their concrete slab, and then poured concrete on top to bury it. This customer also got an IceGuard® installed on their discharge line so if the line froze or got clogged in any way, the Sump Pump will still work.
